Protecting your information is central to how we build Cargonaut. Below we describe the measures we use to safeguard your data.
Encryption
All traffic between your browser and Cargonaut travels encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on infrastructure with provider-level encryption at rest.
Data isolation
Each customer operates in its own organization with row-level isolation (RLS): one organization's data is not visible to another. In the case of freight forwarders, their clients exist as separate sub-organizations.
Access control
We apply the principle of least privilege: access to systems and information is limited to what is necessary to operate and provide support, with authentication and activity logging.
Backups and continuity
We maintain periodic backups of the information to support its recovery in the event of an incident.
Privacy and compliance
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice and the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). We do not sell your data. For Enterprise customers we offer custom data processing agreements (DPAs).
Reporting incidents or vulnerabilities
If you detect a security issue or a possible vulnerability, write to us at info@cargonaut.cloud. We review every report and appreciate responsible disclosure.
