Last updated: June 4, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. The governing version of this document is the Spanish (Mexico) version. This is not legal advice.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the cargonaut.cloud site and the Cargonaut platform (the "Service"), operated by Cargonaut. By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Cargonaut is an AI-assisted logistics orchestration platform for importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics teams. The Service includes document capture, shipment tracking, compliance support, and communication with providers, among other features that may evolve over time.
2. Beta Program and Founder Program
During the Beta phase, the Service is offered "as is" and may contain features under development that are subject to change, interruptions, or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the Beta. The terms of the Founder Program (spots, benefits, and validity period) are communicated at the time of registration and may be adjusted for new participants.
3. Accounts and registration
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' systems, data, or accounts.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
5. Fees
During the Beta + 1 year free, no base platform fee is charged; you pay only the estimated usage per container, according to the tier you choose and with no markup on the cost of AI. Current fees, overages, and post-Beta conditions are set out on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, brand, and content are the property of Cargonaut or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cargonaut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Cargonaut is a tool that supports your operation and does not replace the professional judgment or verification of your team in customs, tax, or commercial decisions.
8. Modifications and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted on this page with their date. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.
